kneel jump

Kneel jump is where you start off on your knees and try to jump up and try to get the farthest jump.

One  foot is when you try to kick the ball with one foot and land on that foot.

Two foot high kick is when you try to kick the ball with both of your feet and then land on both feet.

Alaska high kick

Alaska high kick is where you try to kick the ball with your foot, but you have to hold one foot.

Indian Stick Pull

Indian stick pole is a stick that is covered in Crisco, two players try to snatch the stick without pulling above the sholder

Arm pull

Arm pull is mainly for middle school kids.Arm pull is when you rap your arm around the other persons arms and try to pull them back.


wrist carry

Wrist carry is when you carry your whole weight in one wrist, and try to stay up as long as you can.

Seal hop

Seal hop is when you jump on your hands and feet as FAR as you can. but depending on boy or girl style, boys are low and use their fists. Girls use use straight arms and use their palms.

One-hand reach

One arm reach is when you balance yourself with one hand and try to reach with the other.

Scissor board jump

Scissor board jump is when you jump and cross you legs to jump the farthest.

Eskimo Stick pull

Eskimo stick pull is when you try to pull away the stick from the other persons hands. both peoples feet need to be touching
